Avonic is proud to have been part of Hungary’s largest diplomatic event to date, the European Political Community (EPC) summit held in Budapest this November, followed by an EU informal summit the next day.

The EPC summit brought together 42 European heads of state or government, including EU leaders. To ensure seamless communication and coordination, cutting-edge technology was deployed, featuring the Bosch Dicentis conference system with redundant configuration (55 conference devices and 103 Dicentis interpreter desks), Bosch Integrus language distribution system, MVI EasyConf and EasyCam meeting and camera control, 14 Avonic 4K PTZ cameras, and Dell and Cisco IT devices.

A highlight of the event was the debut of the 24″ Pro DVX digital nameplates, which were integrated with graphic interfaces that matched the branding of the summit, further enhancing the conference experience.

The conference and camera system was designed and integrated by AVIO MEDIA.
