We invite partners to share real-world installations and turn them into visible reference projects.
By participating, you not only document your work, but also strengthen your position within our global network. Your project will be featured on our dedicated Excellence page, and selected projects are recognized with The Excellence Award by Avonic, including the official award badge for your company.
Why participate
You receive:
• €300 credit for every approved case study, supporting the time and effort invested

• A strong reference for future projects
Each case study is published in collaboration with your company and shared across our website, social media, partner channels, and selected Keenfinity channels. Your project becomes part of our global reference network.
Every quarter, we select a Project of the Quarter. This project receives premium placement on our website and is used as a key reference in our sales presentations.
At the end of the year, we select the Top 3 projects. These become our primary reference cases and are recognized with The Excellence Award by Avonic.
How Projects Are Evaluated for The Excellence Award by Avonic
The Top 3 projects are selected based on overall quality, innovation, and real-world impact. These projects represent the strongest reference cases within the Avonic network.
Top 3 projects receive:

• Dedicated LinkedIn post
• Official award badge for your company
Projects are evaluated based on the following key criteria:
• Best Visual Project
• Best Use of Tracking
• Most Innovative Setup
Submit Your Project
To properly present your project, we ask you to provide a clear overview of the installation, including the challenge, the chosen solution, and the results.
This allows us to transform your submission into a complete and high-quality reference case, ready to be shared across our channels.
What we need from you
To participate, please provide:
• Company name and contact details
• Project title, end customer, and location
• A short description of the customer and environment
• An overview of the project and installation
• The challenge and how it was solved
• Why Avonic was selected for this project
• Which Avonic products were used
• The results and impact of the installation
• A quote from the customer or your team
All submitted materials must be free to use by Avonic for marketing purposes.
